One of the ways we give great customer service is helping you to have your work in our office in enough time for us to prepare your accounting work, and then go over the work with you. Of course, everyone is different. Some people do not need explanation of the work prepared. There are others who want to go over every page to be sure they understand what has been done. Whatever your particular need is, we are here to help you. We welcome any questions you may have.
There are many services we offer. Here is a list of some of them: monthly bookkeeping, payroll, payroll tax reports, franchise tax returns, personal property renditions, financial statements, audits, reviews, individual income tax returns, corporate income tax returns, estate tax returns, sales tax returns and management consulting. If there is a service you need that was not listed, please call our office and let’s see if we can help you. As stated before, everyone’s needs are different. We can customize the services we offer to your needs. As an example, one client may need only an income tax return prepared yearly while another may need monthly bookkeeping in addition to yearly income tax returns.
We are different from other accounting offices for some of the reasons listed above. Also, we try to help you and not send you off to some other business for an answer. As another example, if you need to be incorporated, we can prepare the necessary documents to make that happen. We would save you a trip to an attorney’s office in that instance. We can also obtain an EI # should you have that need. Once your documents have been filed with that state, we can proceed and prepare the other state documents. Many accounting firms do not have that type of service. We try and make your accounting experience as painless as possible.
